Dynamic analysis of spindle rotation accuracy
Causing radial error motion (Radial Error Motion) reasons:
There are two main causes of the spindle on the machine tool precision error:
1 Bearings (Bearings), contains the bearing does not mind (bearing alignment).
(2) structural deformation caused by the machine spindle and measurement points of the dynamic displacement (Structural motion between where the probe is mounted and the spindle.).
Causing radial average error (Average Error) reasons:
bearing inner (outer) ring orbit is not round (Out of round stationary bearing races).
bearing manufactureris not round (Out of round bearing seats).
bearing does not mind (Misaligned bearing seats).
spindle dynamic imbalance coupled structural rigidity uneven (Out of Balance condition coupled with non-uniform), (Ie a structure that is weak in one direction).
