Precision machine tool spindle assembly consists of the following two ways: 1. Geometric accuracy - geometric precision spindle assembly, is assembled in the no-load low speed rotation (mechanical speed or low speed rotation by hand) under the conditions of the spindle axis and spindle front mounting workpiece or tool parts of the radial and axial runout, and when the spindle of a reference system (such as a knife or table vertical and horizontal bearing manufacturer direction) position accuracy, such as parallelism and verticality; 2. rotational accuracy - refers to a spindle made at normal working speed rotary motion, the axis of the position changes.
